Lipidol is a combination of lyso phospholipids, which besides having all the properties of general emulsifiers, has the unique specifications because of its special composition. Lysophospholipid is the result of enzyme processing of Soya Lecithin. In the production process, phospholipid is being affected by Phospholipase A2 enzyme, loses one of its two fatty acid chains and converts to lysophospholipid. This product can be used as a substitution for a part of consuming oil in fish ration and by using 100 grs of this product, 1000 Kcal is added to the ration energy content. Also, this product can be considered as an alternative for Lecithin in shrimp ration. Lipidol is easier to use compare to Lecithin because of its powdery shape and also, because of having higher energy content than Lecithin, the less amount of it is being used under the equal circumstances. The advantages of using Lipidol Significant reduction in oil consumption. Reduction in ration cost. Increasing the performance of aquatic animal digestive system.
Increasing the nutrients intake in intestine. Increasing the ration bioavailability. Improving the conversion factor. Strengthening the immune system and decreasing the mortality.
